Story telling – "Caring for Kiara" (This story is about a child who goes to the doctor for a health check)
Podiatry assessment Eye check - assessment Teeth/dental care - education
Ears – assessment and education Healthy Diet and Good quick Tukka - education Exercise – fun activity and education
Head lice program and hair care – education and head lice removal (if any)
Art – the kids will be doing a fun activity of outlining their own body Immunisation – if needing catch up
Occupational Therapist assessment Speech therapist assessment Nurse assessment
GP – Health check finalized (we encourage parents/carers to be present with your child during the Doctor consult, however if unavailable the Doctor will contact you by phone)

Every child is given a free health check shirt for participation in the health check day
