Roles & Responsibilities
At the Governance level there are seven members on the Board of Directors, who are elected by the community at the Annual General Meeting. All Board members except the Board Secretary are volunteers. The expertise of the Board members and their standing in the wider community enhances the breadth of experience that is available to the Board in making decisions regarding curriculum, policy direction and administrative practices. Our Board of Directors is overseen by the National Non-State Schools Accreditation Board (or NSSAB).

Indigenous values underpin how our Leadership Team makes decisions, leads our teams and plans for the future. We operate under a lateral style of leadership where collaborative decisions are made.
Currently, the school Leadership Team consists of the Principal, Deputy Principal Primary, Deputy Principal Secondary, Deputy Principal Health and Well-Being and Administration, Two Elders, and the school Executive Assistant.
