Students not using the schools bus service
are to be picked up by 3pm
School Arrival & Departure Guidelines
LATE ARRIVALS: If your child arrives after the 8:35am bell, they must be signed in and receive a late note to give to class teacher.
EARLY PICK-UPS: Parents/caregivers collecting students before 2:20pm must sign them out at the office.
BUS CHANGES: If a student who uses the bus service will not be using the bus, the school office must be notified before 2pm.
VISITOR PROTOCOL: All visitors are required to sign in and sign out at the school office and must wear a visitor pass while onsite.
ABSENCE REPORTING GUIDLINES
NOTIFY THE SCHOOL If your child is absent call the school or use the absentee line to provide the reason & duration.
MEDICAL CERTIIFCATE For absences over 3 days, a medical certificate is required.
SMS NOTIFICATION Attendance officers will send SMS for unexplained absences.
BUS SERVICES Absence for two days or more without explanation will result in bus services being paused until we hear from you.
