The Way of The Fortnight
|
The way of the Fortnight has been developed as a way to emphasise The Murri School Way; every two weeks we will focus on practicing one of our Murri School ways.
Each class has a turn at presenting a brief message on Assembly which illustrates the Way of the Fortnight. Classes have produced a skit, a poem/song, spiel or a poster. The Way of The Fortnight helps children gain a deeper understanding of each focus included in The Murri School Way in a fun and interactive way. This encourages open communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity not only the students but also the staff, families, and community members. It also helps to creates a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone's contributions are valued and celebrated. You can find a description of each Murri School Way below.
